The A.I. is kind of dumb, especially in driving sequences. I died lotsa times letting my squad members drive while i did the shooting. Didnt matter though, it still takes very little away from this awsome game.

Epic wouldnt touch Halo with a 10 foot pole as far as taking it over. Those guys are assholes. Not in a bad way but in a way that they have way to much pride to simply take over an already established franchise that they had no hand in.
Giving them H4 would be an insult. Especially since Halo was supported heavier than GOW by MS. IMO GOW should get the praise that Halo gets. Gears is the best looking game on 360, has a better single player campaign and the online is awsome.

I'm not a fanboy of MS or Sony. I like them both. Imo to your question though, I think that if Sony loses these 2 games it will be one of the most detrimental blows to any gaming company in the history of video games.
